energize and de-energize (electrical power engineering)

De-energize means switch off the breaker and energize mean switch on electrical breaker. Pls correct me in case I'm wrong.

You are correct,you can also say like this,when the supply(source) is removed it de-energized and when the supply is on`the same is energized.regards
