ENC28J60 ethernet interfacing help with ATMEGA 32

hello guys and respected sir
i want to make a mini web server by interfacing ENC28j60 and ATMEGA 32 .. i am using mikroC complier which has a library for Ethernet interfacing but i dnt know basics of internet communication ... things like , TCp/IP, UDP, DHCP ,MAC layer kindly guide me where i can learn about these things so that i can use Ethernet library ... kindly help me

The topics you mention are interface chip/microcontroller-agnostic.
Aptly enough, possibly the best resource on these topics can be found online, rather than a textbook.
Google for rfc1180 to see a useful document. Also, wikipedia will help.
Also, some book on networking may be useful, but I don't know the names of any textbooks in this field.
