Emerson Liebert NX 20KVA - Battery fault

hi anyone had encounter the Battery Fault Error on Liebert NXe UPS 20kva? The battery just replaced but the fault still there.

The batteries are connected correctly?

Battery voltage to neutral?
What is written in the log?

Battery voltage (V)
Battery current (A)
Battery temperature (°C)
Remain Time Min.
Battery capacity (%)
Battery boost charging
Battery float charging
Battery disconnected

the battery connected same as the original connection. As per our technical the all voltage parameter was normal range.
I was thinking may be theirs a program or software need to reset the counter like some other UPS brand.

No we didn't, Emerson did not give any good answer on our inquiry...

open battery wires & check battery charging voltage carefully.

we check very thing even the conductance but still, same error was detected.
