Hi everyone
We installed single input 208 VAC UPS in a new site that provides 220VAC 60% of the time since load is small w respect to installed capacity.
We provided isolation transformer at the input of this UPS in order to protect it from spikes, noise and so on.
Initially status indicator light amber. The LCD reports By pass is not present, but after some days, after power source was transfered to generator (through iso transformer) this led turned to red.
I suppose automatic by pass circuitry is damaged. Rectifier and inverter operate ok.
We dont understand why is it happening this since applied Voltage is within acceptable range ( is lower than 10% around nominal).
¿Does Any one has an idea about what is the fault cause since, there is another different UPS also protected by the same transformer and it didnt have reported no one alarm?
Thanks a lot
