Elliptical Patch Antenna

I bet you would be grateful for someone else to do your work for you!?!. Use the Antenna Design Toolkit for HFSS to get you started. BTW, your question is lucky to even have a response. You need to do the work.
 

Pick up a copy of Antenna Theory by C.A. Balanis (3rd edition is best, but 2nd edition is good, too). He covers all of the formulas needed to design an antenna like that.
