i m doing a project of microcontroller base elevator controller system using Pic At89c51. i have control it for three stories. i need its hex file. any one help me.???

89C51 is not Pic microcontroller. First decide which controller you are are going to use. No one here will provide you hex file.write code by yourself and if you find any problem then post it here.
