hello, I'm looking for another alternative to td62081.
I'm also like to know where i can find another alternatives for other switchs, if there is mabye a program for that.. thank you!

TD62081AF - ULN2811LW
TD62081AP - ULN2801A
TD62081CP - ULN2821A
TD62081F - ULN2811LW
