hi frnds...i want to estimate the panel cost for the single line diagramme.....may i know how to caluculate.

they give main breaker rating 400 amp,4p-1no

and branches 20a,4p- 20 no.s
125a,4p -3no.s

I have looked at the Siemans on line catalogue (Other switchgear manufacturers are available ) and find that they do not offer a solution for your 23 outgoing circuits. Their maximum is 16. So you need to find someone who can offer 23 outgoing circuits or you are into making your own box and fitting it up yourself. The costs of the main items can be found. Then you need to design the internal fittings, DIN rail, bus bars (3P + N + E), cable glands, in/out terminations? etc.
So there is a lot of manufacturing involved, the costs depend on your local labour rates.
