How to manufacture an electric arc furnace? I need part drawings of vessel (shell) to manufacture it. furnace capacity is 7 tonnes per heat

Are you sure you'd really prefer an arc heat source,
over an induction melt? Getting an arc heater to
survive for long at all requires things like a whole lot
of inert gas, a lot of attention to cooling the electrode
(presumably you are not going to want to replace
expensive designed & machined high power tungsten
electrodes every minute or so) and so on. Induction
systems don't really have the same consumables
problem.
