Effect of varying input voltage in LiPo Battery charger

I want to use bq24753A (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slus920/slus920.pdf) battery charger to charge 2 LiPo in series. But my input voltage can vary from 9V to 15V. Will it cause any problem because there are some pins whose voltage depend on input voltage. But the charger also has a buck converter. So, I am not sure if need a extra regulator for the input voltage or not. Could someone explain?
 

Buck convertor does the job. However, I used Low voltage cut off cycle device to protect my LiPo batteries from drastic voltage variation.



LiPO battery standard voltage 3.7 V .

If two batteries in series 7.4 V .

You use the charge controller as buck converter . If the input voltage is 9 V the buck converter output 8 V.

That battery not charged by the your power supply.

For two batteries your input voltage must be in at least 12 V.

Or otherwise your battery not charged properly and you can't calculate the battery charging time.

Refer the datasheet Page No. 18 & 19 .
