DB02S2415A input voltage logic

Hello , I have a DB02S2415A I am confused regarding the input section.
It says 24V as input.there are two input pins.the output is 15V.
what is the normal input for this component
24V and gnd is ok?
or i need to do -12V +12V?
There a lot od combinatuins and i am not sure what is suitable.

The keyword in device description is isolated DC/DC converter. You don't care for ground reference of input voltage. Can be any DC source supplying 18 - 36 V (typically 24 V). No matter if +/- 12 V or 0/+24V.
 
Hello Fvm, so according to the table if I put 24V or the maximal 36V . The output will be the same 15V?
