Eagle Pro: Copper pours go into cutouts when not wanted there.

Hello,
The following attached PCB has 12 rectangular cutouts (with rounded corners). Do you know why the copper pour has appeared inside the cutouts.? We don't want the pour to be in the cutouts because there is no board there.

ok solved now, the answer was to use the pth's as components and join them and declare the pour to the same net, then it automatically pours around the cutouts.
initial problem with import-dxf.ulp....in the first place it wouldn't work when my eagle 6.5.0 route folder was in the program files directory...problem solved by putting eagle folder into c drive.
