eagle measurement problem

hi friend im using eagle v 5.1.0 problem is i cant take printout in correct size which i given in layout printout size varies from its orginal i have given grid size and create layout when we take print the measurment differs please tell me what is the reason and please tell me were are the place we should give measurement in the software and i aslo cant find suitable pad size from were i cant get pad collection library .

use cam2print ulf, dont give print from menu,

use

File -> Run -> cam2print

thanks friend can u explain what is the different between both printsetup and cam 2print print option did u got correct measurement in print out ,waiting for ur replay.
