Hi,

I am going to make a pcb to connect a standard IDE connector cable to. By googling I learned that my cable connector is called "IDC 40 pin".

Where in the Eagle library can I find such a connector please? My searches in the lib failed :(

You can use any 2x20 pin 0.1" spacing connector. There are many of them in the standard libraries that comes with EAGLE.
