Hi!

Is it possible to measure noise figure (say of amplifier or mixer) with E5052B?

Not directly. If you had a good enough oscillator you may be able to estimate noise figure from the difference in noise floor.
I would get a good noise source and a spectrum analyser and then make an old fashioned Y factor measurement.

I think that E5052B cannot support noise figure measurement.

I suggest that you can use R&S FSUP for noise figure measurement. Normally, R&S FSUP has spectrum function so it can support the Y-factor NF measurement.

If you want to use the residual phase noise for NF measurement , FSUP can support this setup.

Attachment file is the relate residual phase noise for NF measurement setup.
