Design and HDL are two different topics.
For digital design, I think <<complete digital design>> is a good start point.
U could find it in the forum.

Thank you for the link provided guys,
but the link contains digital design with c-programming, and only theory part,
as i am new to this field, i also wanted design and programming with VHDL.
