dxdesigner to Pads Layout Net Label

hello,
i need some help for the generation netlist from Dxdesigner to pads layout.
i m working with hierarchical flow using different blocks with internal schematic.
i have some problem with the net name in schematic : for example, in the block "POWER" i have a net "3V_Enable", when i create the netlist to the PADS Layout i got the net with the block ID : "$2I2114\3v_Enable" instead "POWER\3v_Enable"
I added the name to the block on the attriubte : Name = Power.
i have different blocks with different names and i get the same results : always nets started with "$" symbol ?! how can i do to fix this ?
i m working with Pads9.0.

after creating the net list take the net list and save it in one folder then open the pads layout place the components manualy and then go t file import ASII
