Even though Allegro native schematic is HDL and not long ago OrCAD Capture was also added.
STill you can upload netlist from other tools into Allegro. In your case generate netlist in Viewlogic then in Allegro import Logic and use Other.
You can edit .cfg file to bring properties from DxDesigner into Allegro.
