I have spent much time looking for a chip on board dual photodiode for optical sensor in back ground suppression application, but have found anything usable. Guys, need your help to find a small dual photodiode (SMT or COB), please help.

Hi,

OPR2100T (Array)

SLCD-61N... (single, but with minimal gap)

SLDA-61S1008 (array)

"too big" as a very vague description.... Is 1 mm too big or is even 0.01 mm too big?

Klaus

Hi Klaus, we generally do not want the gap between two photodiode exceeds 0.1mm, thus using two single diode seems not an option. And photoarray is a bit too expensive, it is only a back up plan.
