driving opamp from Capacitor-resistor rectifier

hi al is there any way to power an opamp from a condensor- resistor rectification .

I need a method to produce plus 5.minus 5 and zero fro the above topology.
pls help.
 

There are various methods. Google "transformerless power supply". I hope you understand that any circuit powered this way becomes referenced to the mains and is therefore unsafe to touch anywhere. It should only be used in totally self-contained applications that have no wired connection to any other circuit or any people.
