hi!
how can i download for free a library for cadence ic610? i search a library like ncsu cdk , hit-kit of austriamicrosystem (i think that isn't free) or other for beginner. I tried to download from " **broken link removed** " but registration doesn't work due a hacker attack. From http://pdk.cadence.com/ is impossible because i haven't a corporate or university email address...so i don't know to do..can anibody help me..?
