Hi could any one help me in the following case...

What is the difference between Pic18F4520 and Pic18F45K20?
Pic18F45K20 is cheaper than Pic18f4520, even though it has many advantages over the later.
Is there any issue available with Pic18F45K20?
Is it good to go with either Pic18F4520 or Pic18F45K20?

Thanks in advance..

Regards,
Murugesh

They both have their advantages and disadvantages, although the PIC18F45K20 is a more recent design.

Rather than have request information which is readily available in the datasheet, why not take a look yourself?

PIC18F2420/2520/4420/4520 Data Sheet (11/21/2008)

PIC18F2XK20/4XK20 28/40/44-Pin Flash MCU with 10-Bit A/D and nanoWatt Technology (04/09/2010)

Is there any issue available with Pic18F45K20?

The device errata is always a good resource for such information available on the device product page under documentation:

PIC18F4520 Product Page

PIC18F45K20 Product Page

Is it good to go with either Pic18F4520 or Pic18F45K20?

The decision largely depends on your design requirements. You need to specific ALL your design requirements, review the eligible devices datasheets and then make a decision.
