Dot matrix with PIC16F877A

Hello,can somebody help me to interface the PIC16F877A to a dot led matrix in ccs c compiler?
I am highly interested in this;here is the circuits I would like to use in Proteus.

As an example help me to display:DOT

---> Target to PIC16F877A
---> Compiled on CCS
---> Dot matrix w/ 9 Characters 9x12 dot size
---> PCB board drawn in PROTEL99
