Does WinAVR support C++ programming?

I have a code for 7 inch TFT (UTFT library) written in C++. I want to use it for a project but was not able to translate the code to C as there were overloaded functions (functions having the same name). I want to use C++ for this now. If it supports C++ then it will be easy for me.

from above source

WinAVRTM (pronounced "whenever") is a suite of executable, open source software development tools for the Atmel AVR series of RISC microprocessors hosted on the Windows platform. It includes the GNU GCC compiler for C and C++.
