Regarding this single to diff ended converter module, it is written "Output:Transformer Balanced".

Does that mean it is AC coupled and will not output DC input? What will it output for a constant DC signal or 0.1Hz signal?
 

With a bit more of information about the "converter module", we can probably answer the question in detail. But generally, a transformer output can never source DC and unlike 0.1 Hz signals. The actual lower cut-off frequency of a transformer can be quite different, ranging from a few Hz to MHz depending on the transformer design and purpose.

Electronical balanced outputs may be able to transmit DC.
