Hi
Does the width/height ratio of a die have to be close to 1:1 ?
is it a bad idea to make a rectangular die with large width/height ratio?

Die shape question

More than 2:1 aspect ratio will probably need a waiver at assembly
(scribe & break used to have a real problem, saw probably less
so. If you know where it's going to be handled, download their
assembly groundrules package.

Chips like line imagers, etc. I have seen way oversquare but
most packaging is going to have a cavity less than 2:1 aspect.
