Does sfdr has some connections with the precision of ADC?

For example, there is a 7bit ADC, the SNR=39dB,
then, should the SFDR> x dB,
I don't know what x should be.
 

You can not infer the SFDR from the SNR, it has to be separately measured and calculated. It can be related to the precision of the ADC but is somewhat independent. See this.
