Does primetime read spf file?

Hi have spf file not spef file. Now I want to perform sta using spf file in primetime. How to proceed with spf file?

Just to know the basic difference between SPF and SPEF file please visit following blog

In short SPF is cadence one and SPEF is synopsys one ( now its become IEEE standard).

Hi V,

I dont think there is any workaround for this other than using a parasitic extraction tool such as Star RC to generate a spef file
