does any one know who is the manufacturer of this IC(pic)

does any one know who is the manufacturer of this IC(pic).it is being used with MC34063.only 3 I/O is made by grouping the pins the single pin (pin no 4) is connected to gate of transistor(base).3 pin group(pin no 1-3) and 4 pin group(pin no 5 to 88)) acts as current sensor for gate trigger i think.please post your reply i dont know who is the manufacturer the LOGO looks like fantastic four or something (4 in a circle or inside c or p ) . i have a burnt IC and i need to replace it.

Why do you think it's an IC? The pin mapping looks like a SO8 MOSFET. Possibly a SI4430 clone.

WOW you are right it is a MOSFET.but what about the manufacturer.
