Hai,
I am using VNA for measuring the capacitance of varactor diode. To bias the Varactor diode we need DC source.
I Measured the resistance btw the center pin and gnd of the port . The impedence was much higher than 50 ohms. Also there was a label below the ports
1)Does these thing mean that my VNA has an inbuilt bias tee and it can tolerate a DC offset of 30 volts?
2) Do i need a separate bias tee to block the dc flow into VNA? Do all the VNA have an inbuilt bias tee?
Thanks

28d dbm 30 VDC Max.
