Do MR-16 and E14 bulbs fit in the same socket?

Do both fit in the same socket? (light bulps)

Or does one need a converter?

Asking cos I plan to put a 3W MR-16 multi colored LED bulb into a floor lamp which reccomends using a E14 bulb.
