[SOLVED] display brightness problem

hello ..
dell studio 1458 laptop
display adapter :- ATI Mobility radeon HD 5450
driver version : 8.683.2.0
there is no option for display brightness setting.
it is hidden.
and also hidden the dim display setting.
i cant reduce/increase brightness ( dim/bright display).
i don't know where settings gone. ???

If you install the ati control center (CCC) you should have many options available from there

but sir,
see my attached photo.
there is no options in windows 7 , before today it were there. but today only they gone ..
is it some windows os problem?
and there is not any option in CCC regarding display brightness.

problem solved by restoring windows....
