In CRFB structure of delta sigma modulator, what is 'resonator' here ?

What do you mean with "resonator"? You'll usually adjust the feedback coefficients for a flat frequency characteristic without "resonances". But when mixing them up, you can also bring up permanent oscillations, as in any feedback system with order >= 2.
