their is a pcb design software called DipTrace
best software I found in this field you can download a free version also

Verry eazy to design single layer with jumper wire
Dual layer fully customizeble software just search on google as "DipTrace"

DipTrace new version 1.30 now available.
Here are some new features.
Customizable colors(black/white background also you can change color settings)
Netlist export / import (Tango, Allegro,PADS,Allegro,P-CAd etc)
Electra/Specctra interface...

Also Non Profit License is available: It has all DipTrace Standard features. And only $125. Also DipTrace has 250 pin freeware version.

why dont u try pcbe software...also free downloadable software...easy to use als0o

I have downloaded Pad2Pad (www.pad2pad.com). It's very simple but is 100% free and I like to make small PCBs. Also, you can order your PCBs directly from the software.
