dipole antenna design in freq range of 0.7-3ghz

I started desining with dipole antenna in freq range of 0.7-3ghz ..I need suggestions and papers for desired freq range..plz help me out..!!!!
 

It depends on your specifications but most practical way is to design it at 1.85 GHz as lambda/4. For larger bandwidth you may design log periodic dipole.
 

Im using ads software and the substrate is RO4360...
 

I suggest you to use CST or HFSS for antenna design
 

ADS is ok but the adjustments with radiation patterns, gain analysis in not advised on ADS.
