I sent my desing in Gerber274X format to the PCB house. But I forgot to put de dimension layer or border layer.
Please, can anyone tell me in what file put the dimension layer?:

* Top Component Layer (Top Copper)
* Bottom Solder Layer (Bottom Copper)
* Top Silk Screen Layer
* Bottom Silk Screen Layer
* Solder Stop Mask Layer (Top Solder Mask)
* Solder Stop Mask Layer (Bottom Solder Mask)
* Excellon Drill Data

Please help me.

Thanks

U can make one extra layer say fabrication layer..In that you can define all dimensions,slots,fabrication notes etc.

border layer should be a global layer.

You can create separate layer for this as outline layer or add the properties of the dimensions in the FAB layer. It is more sense that the dimensional details are in FAB artwork file.

Mostly it will be profile layer / outline layer for board outlines. For dimension layer, you can use on of the drafting layers, if you don't have - you can create and provide all the dimensions required on that layer.
