digital watthour meter using pic

i have to develop a digital watthour meter which can display and store the energy consumption. and if possible the data also can be transferred wirelessly to pc. the digital watthour meter is need to be designed by using pic16 or pic18. can someone help me to provide the circuit diagram and source code..
