Can anyone recommend a tool or technique to simulate a digital circuit for Single Event Upsets in radiation environment?

I currently try the full-custom logic cells and some basic logic blocks in Cadence-ADE with Spectre to inject current pulses at random intervals. I am not sure how effective this is and was wondering if there was tools/methods/techniques already addressing this?
