Digital signal processor for beginners

as a dsp beginner i wanted to know which dsp processor should i start learning,
cause there are a great deal of books availaible for dsp theory but no one with reference to a reference DSP processor

Can anyone suggest a good book which teaches dsp concepts using a dsp processor
