digital filter bank(help urgent)

hi everyone....
i need some urgent help on trr based digital filter bank technique.. for my project this technique is used for extracting the required frequency channel in the entire audio frequency band...

help me plz...its quite urgent

if u r interested only in extracting a particular band of frequencies have a look at lyons cochlear model.
its a IIR filter bank with just 2 nd order filters.
u can google for Malcolm sanley or lyons cochlear model.
Matlab also has a filterbank implementation function. but only FIR.
