Hello!
If you use a digital oscilloscope, it has (probably) a memory and at least a one-shot mode.
Put a break point before and after sending data in your program, run your program until
before sending (by the way, set the trigger to the line you are observing) set the oscillo to
single shot mode, and press "continue". You will get one frame of TX data.
Now from there it really depends on which scope you are using. Mine (Tektro MSO3014)
reads the data for me and displays it in binary or hexa, but even with the scope I hade before
(Tektro TDS460A), it was perfectly possible to observe TX / RX in single shot mode.
