How to differentiate mixing terms from harmonics at the output of a multi-band oscillator design during ADS simulation?

do a single frequency analysis, use a spread sheet to compute all the mixing and harmonic products by frequency, compare

What does it mean ?? Does your oscillator have 2 different oscillator frequencies ??

Yes, multiband oscillator....trying to design dualband, but got multiple potential frequencies while running simulation.
