Hello!

Can you recommend me some literature on differential noise figure measurement techniques? I need to measure differential LNA.

You need two baluns, one at the input, the other one at the output and measure it in single end.
Then apply Friis and deembed balun from measurement.

I have baluns from 2 to 18 GHz - but they are, by itself are active circuits - so NF is not an option to measure in such way((.
