What is the difference between multiple vias, array of vias and redundant vias?

multiple vias - are just some vias (they are represented in layout db (for example Milkyway) as separate vias)

array of vias - they are looks as 'multiple vias', but in the layout db they are exist as a single object (and you may manipulate this object)

redundant vias - for logic connection between two metal layers it is enough to have just one via, but in order to have better electrical connection (reduce resistance, as an example), will be better to have two vias (or more). These additional vias are named as redundant. They are increase the yield.
