Different processes for the manufacturing of Microcontroller

hi dear friends. I would like to study the all different process to make microcontroller or IC. Can any one help me and suggest the name of different processes.

no no no. there are thse industried that made the IC or MCU or some other projects. But I would to know about the technology bywhich these IC can be manufactured.
