Hi, What are the differences between the wireless ad hoc network and the wireless network with no dedicated backbone infrastructure?

Thanks

Wireless is a medium in which the Signal is transmitted in a medium without AIR

Where as ADHOC is a temporary setup whereby some Nodes communicate in an alien environment without specialized Connections

Wireless networks is global name about the connection via air interface, the adhoc network is a infrastructreless network that nodes can have mobility and may route their traffic via each other, but wireless network may have infra structure (may have an Access Point) and/or nodes can have fixed location such as wireless sensor networks.
