what is the difference between VOLTAGE AMPLIFIER BJT AND POWER AMPLIFIER BJT.....
HOW /WHEN a transistor becomes power amplifier from voltage amplifier..........
EITHER by means of amount of doping and/or by means of surface area.....

voltage amplifiers are linear by nature (class A)
power amplifiers are nonlinear by nature (class b class AB)

they differ not byt their internal things. but ny external connections

V.A resistances are in the order of kΩ n RC connection is preferred
P.A " " Ω n LC in this case

V.A current flowing thru ckt is in mA
P.A " " A

the type of amplifier depends on the configuration of the transistor circuit
