Can some body explain me difference between thick gate and thin gate devices other than gate size?

thin gate devices have more Cox and hence better transconductance but are more susceptible to ESD...

the thin one: high leakage while fast speed.

the thick one: low leakage while slow speed,

thick gate=>low Vth,low breakdown voltage,high speed
thin gate=>on the contrary

It seems that you have reversed them.

Thick gate : high Vth , high break down , low leakage , low speed , longer channel length ,large output resistance , small transconductance.

Thin gate : low Vth , low break down , large leakage , high speed ,shorter channel length , smaller output resistance , large transconductance.
