It seems that you have reversed them. Thick gate : high Vth , high break down , low leakage , low speed , longer channel length ,large output resistance , small transconductance. Thin gate : low Vth , low break down , large leakage , high speed ,shorter channel length , smaller output resistance , large transconductance.
