difference between RF and SRAM

Do sb tell me the difference between RF and SRAM?thks
 

For the same number of bits (data), RF is faster and bigger (in area), than SRAM. Usually, SRAM may keep the larger amount of bits, than RF.
 
RF could help to save power versus SRAM.
 
dynamic: you need more instances to replace a "big" SRAM, then you could have only one-sub instance access instead a "big" SRAM.

static: you could control the VBB of memory to reduce the leakage, but the most difficult is to determine the value where the contain is preserved.
