When i use Tetramax to do atpg, i encountered the error:
error :The chain chain1 blocked at bus gate(56) after tracing 0 cells (s1-1);
All of the chains have the same error.[I am so puzzled, because i use the bidirectional ports as the scanout ,but i have set the direction of bidirectional port
to output. :
set_dft_configuration -fix_bidirectional enable;
set_autofix_configuration -type bidirectional -method output;
set_autofix_element {data[0] data[1] data[2] data[3]} -type bidirectional \
-method enable_one -method output;
why the error occurs? who can tell me the reason? i am so frustrated!
i see the man says: maybe the controller of the bidirectional ports is off, but i don't know how to check and how to do next. i am a fresher.
